At Savannah Healing Arts, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact your therapist directly as soon as possible. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late arrivals may affect the quality of service and the schedules of others. We value your time—and our commitment to your well-being—and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
